My first impression upon discovering all of these developments was that this is quite a large company that has grown substantially throughout the years. In their most recent Annual report they stated that their profit after tax was31.2 million. This being a 10% increase on the profit from the previous year. They sold 563 apartments in 2013 alone, and have sold 98 apartments in regional WA. Since 1996, 90% of Finbar's developments are located in and around the Perth CBD. They have also developed over 2.3 billion in residential and commercial property since that time.
